Haiti: January 2019

September 25th - January 18th, 2019

“There are things you see, feel and do while you are in Haiti that you can only find again by going back. When you open your hearts and hands to God, He will use you to bless others. Even though you go away, you leave a piece of your heart in Haiti. The Haiti mission trip is one of the most difficult trips I’ve been on but it has resulted in finding the greatest treasure.” -Madison Bond

Beautiful. Broken. Joyful. Challenging. Harvest. For decades Haiti has faced continual turmoil through political problems, spiritual attacks, and various forces of nature. All of these lead the Haitian believers to one conclusion, “God is all we have. We have to go before him every day.”

It is our privilege to parter with Global Vision Citadelle Ministries, or GVCM. The are located outside of Mirebalais, Haiti. The GVCM campus includes a clinic, a school, a church, an orphanage, and a farm to sustainably grow food for the children. They also partner with several local churches, providing pastor mentorship, and connecting them with financial support.

A typical day on our Haiti mission trip includes riding on a tap-tap to village schools, and sharing the gospel through a “VBS” style story telling and songs. We will feed children “Mamba” sandwiches and “piwili” suckers. Then we will play different school yard games with the students. We also go out each day to different villages to deliver rice, beans, toiletries, and clothing donations to those most in need. Other activities include swimming in a natural spring fed pool, hiking, playing with the children at the orphanage, and worshiping at the GVCM church.

New York 2018

September 13th - September 18th, 2018

"It's the most amazing feeling to know that God wants to use me to reach someone from another country or clear across the United States." -Yvonne Jones

Did you know that up to a million people visit Coney Island each day. That’s nine times the amount of residents of Parker County. Pastor Stephen Trainer has been reaching this diverse community through his church with Graffiti Ministries.

Greenwood partners with Stephen to help reach more people through kindness outreaches such as free coffee giveaways, cleaning restrooms, and after school candy giveaways. We are also blessed with helping with the Anti-Violence Collaborative block party each year. At this event, we do minute-to-win-it games, face painting, and share information and promote Graffiti Ministry's programs.

G3 College: Passion 19 Conference

January 2nd - January 4th, 2019

College Students, PASSION EXISTS TO SEE A GENERATION LEVERAGE THEIR LIVES FOR WHAT MATTERS MOST… live in such a way that their journey on earth counts for what is most important in the end. For Passion, that’s the fame of the One who rescues and restores, and the privilege we have to amplify His name in everything we do.

Passion is more than a conference. More than an event. More than a feeling. Passion is you and me saying goodbye to lesser things and saying yes to Jesus, the One whose name is above every name.

The cost, if registered by June 22, is $160.00. Let us know if you are going ASAP!!
